Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters by IHG

We absolutely loved the third floor 'King room' with the view of the mountain, landscape and sunrise which we requested when we booked. It was clean, comfortable, private. It felt secure too. The pool was lovely, especially early in the morning before it got busy. We spotted the resident bearded dragon lizard on the grass too! We were glad that we hired a car for our stay to drive around Alice Springs, the hotel has a free shuttle though to town which was handy when we arrived. We really enjoyed the restaurants and food, we had an excellent grilled fish, chips and salad lunch which was replenishing, high quality and substantial at Juicy Rump pub, and shakshuka eggs at Tali (just a bit too many chilli flakes but very tasty and fresh). The buffet breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Excellent coffee too at Tali! The staff were friendly and genuine, we loved our stay and it truly contributed to our wonderful experience in Alice Springs.

Reception Staff were very helpful and spent a lot of time rectifying any problems with a booking. Also veryfriendly and polite. They were always there for the guests.

All of the staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very nice and helpful, she stored our luggage on the last day and gave us key for the pool and showers. I did ask her name but have forgotten, i am so sorry. At breakfast the young lady 'knee'- not the correct spelling sorry, who made coffees, was lovely. She worked under pressure with a smile and made sensational coffee. Nothing was too much trouble Everyone had a smile and was happy to say hello or have a chat I would love to return next year. I didn't think I would enjoy a holiday to Alice Springs as much as I did Many thanks to all

The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were fabulous. The heated outdoor pool and deck chairs were awesome, as was the outdoor spa. The pool cafe had a good selection of food and beverages. Room had a good size tv, big bed and desk to write at. Nice selection of tea/coffee. Great feather pillows. Nice balcony.

Room was outstanding. It was very spacious with chairs and table. The shower was great and aircon worked great. It was easy to adjust the temperature to whatever we felt like. The security is excellent with key card access needed for entering the accommodation areas and the car park at the back protected with a fence topped with razor wire. The location is out of the way so no undesirables are hanging around any way. We really enjoyed our stay and of course there is plenty of gambling entertainment.
