Love the entry to the room. As I enter the room looked brandnew with pleasant nice smell. The lightening were nice and the best part the carpet cleaned, bed cleaned. I am saying this as been to other hotel we both start itching. There wasn't a single dust on the furniture and fridge were nice looking . My son love the square shower head and the heated spa. At the spa he spent one and half hr and slept for about 2 hrs They also take therapy dog so hopefully my puppy would one day join us when he gets trained

Absolutely love the Crowne Plaza. Staying there is a real treat for us. The accommodation is always so nice and clean. It is a shame though that there isn’t a mini bar. The pool is always so great. The splash bar is good too. Only one staff member so service was a bit slow but the girl working did so well and everyone was very friendly to her. We had dinner with friends at Tali and had a gamble in the casino. It was like being on vacation. Thank you Crowne Plaza and your amazing team Janine

Our room was spacious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and took care of our every need. We went down to breakfast, the 2nd day, at 10:45 am, thinking they served until 11 am, when actually breakfast was over at 10 am. The manager said "no problem," we can fix your breakfast." As we apologized, he said, "You are our guests!" We were served and enjoyed our meal at Tali. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service received on checkin & checkout. All staff encountered were very helpful and friendly. It was handy to have choice of restaurants onsite & accessible without getting wet in rainy weather. King bed & pillows were very comfortable. I liked that a sheet was provided under the doona. Modern bathroom with very large walk-in shower and good sized bedroom.

There was a concerning maintenance issue in my room upon arrival and this was handled efficiently after contacting reception. Room service food (dinner and late breakfast) was tasty.
